Notes for customers using Airports. • Journey times to and from the Airports can vary greatly depending on traffic congestion. It is also influenced by the time of day and the day of the week. With your co-operation we can agree a time suitable to acheive a stress free journey. • Meeting & Greeting We will meet you in the Arrivals Lounge bearing a sign with your name. Please be aware that the Arrivals Halls can become very congested and it is recommended that you ensure that you have our mobile phone number available at all times. • Flight ETA's We constantly check flight eta's so we will already be aware if your flight is delayed and will adjust our pick-up time from the airport to accomodate any delay. • Problems whilst abroad Occasionally incidents happen whilst you're out of the country which severly delay your return journey. In case of such problems arise please ensure that you have our telephone number and email address with you during your stay abroard.
